Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a great community in Northern Illinois not far from the WI and IA borders and only 1.5 hrs to Chicago, IL

- Well known organization within the community

- Family Practice or Internal Med Physicians
- Can start quickly if needed
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one half Saturday rotated among all providers - very infrequent
- No call
- Will see 16-20 patients per day
- Base salary with discretionary bonus at year end and yearly increases
- $220-240K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
- Loan repayment through NHSC
