A well-established Neurology practice has an opening about 30 mins from downtown Chicago in Northwest Indiana.

• Fulltime permanent position
• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible 
• 2 locations available in NW Indiana 
• Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week
• 15-25 patients per day in the clinic
• 1:6 call rotation
• EMR used is Epic in both In/outpatient settings (Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII)
