Large Primary Care group located in North Central Florida has a clinic looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for outpatient setting.

• Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• Lake City to Gainesville, FL areas. 3 locations to choose from
• Well established clinics in the North Central Florida area
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p for full time or part time work
• 18-20 patients per day
• Call is by phone only and is very minimal
