• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• 40-hour work week. Call is 1 in 10 (telephone call only).
• Will be seeing 15-20 ppd, all ages.
• 100% Outpatient setting.
• Seeking providers with at least one year of experience.
• Starting at $130K/year with productivity and non-productivity bonuses.
