• Open to new and experienced Physicians
• 2 sites available  - Kankakee or Champaign, IL
• Full-time & Part-time options available
• The schedule is Monday - Friday 
• 100% outpatient
• Will see all ages
• 2 sites available  - Kankakee or Champaign, IL
• On-call rotation
• May have to service a satellite facility on occasion 
• Travel Reimbursement plan 
• Salary range $190K-$230K, depending on experience
