• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Schedule: M-F; 8-5pm
• Call is 1:11, by phone. 
• FP seeing all ages, IM would see adults only
• Outpatient Primary Care
• Provides medical services independently within a collaborative practice
• 2+ years of experience in primary care preferred
• Hospital employed
• Active DEA
• Visa Eligible
