An established group in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team.

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Hours are M-F, 8-5pm
• Rotating Call: Every 3^rd week by phone
• 100% Outpatient, onsite
• Will be seeing primarily adult patients (Mix of Geriatrics, Adults and Family Medicine)
• 1 year of managed care experience is required 
• Mostly Medicare advantage patients, with some private insurance
• Approximately 15ppd
• Active unrestricted FL license or willing to obtain
• Spanish or Creole speaking a plus
