- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Full-time position
- 1:7 call (phone only)
- Located off-site of main hospital; facility equipped with basic laboratory services/basic procedures
- OB-optional position if candidate desires
- Must be comfortable with All Ages
- EMR EPIC
- Will need or be willing to obtain IN license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, covid vaccination
