• Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians.
• Full-time Permanent opportunities: Mon-Friday 8-5 schedule.
• Ages 55 and older.
• About 8-10 ppd.
• Seeking providers with minimum 3 years of great Leadership experience AND PCP experience with Elderly population.
• Very mission driven group; seeking provider that is interested patient care and is able to build a team.
• At least 80% of clinical care hours per week
