Rural Health Clinic located just over an hour west of Madison, WI is looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. 

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Primary Care rural health clinic
• Mon-Fr - 3 or 4 days a week 8 hour days - Wed would be day out of office
• Must rotate in the Urgent Care one Saturday morning every other month
• No call
• Must be able to see all ages
• Must have atleast 1 year experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care as NP/PA
• 8-12 patients per day
• Full staffed clinic with Medical Director, NP, MA's, Receptionist, lab/rad staff, and PT
• EMR used is Meditech Expanse
