• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Schedule 4x10s
• Comfortable seeing All Ages
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care
• Active OK license, DEA, OBNDD, ACLS, BLS, PALS
