• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
• May 5th, 2025, start date ongoing until perm is hired
• 3 days per week - Mon-Wed preferred
• No call
• Adult population only
• Approx 12-16 ppd
• EMR Athena
• Willing to consider new grads
• Active MI license, DEA
