• Board Certified Physician
• Start 7/28/25 until 8/15/25
• M, W, F 8a-5p
• Physician will need to float between two locations (one location per day)
• No call
• Post-Acute Care, Long-Term Care, Independent and assisted living settings
• Approx 5-7 ppd
• EMR EPIC, point click care, quickmar
• Active MI license, DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Competitive hourly rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
