  • BC or BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Looking to refill a position left by a retiring doc
  • Full-time Monday - Friday 8a - 5p; No Call and No Weekends
  • Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health Facility
  • Will see Adults only
  • Duties include - Admission Duties, Daily Patient Management, and Care Coordination 
  • Great support team and Psychiatrist on site for ALL Mental Health cases
  • Active SC license, DEA
