• Full-time Permanent; Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm; Rotating on Monday late night 11am-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm; 40 hour work week
• 100% outpatient setting
• Prefer providers with at least one year of experience
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
